HEAD OF COMMERCIAL & STRAEGY
James McNaughton
James has extensive experience in advancing sustainable solutions across the energy and transportation sectors. He has co-founded the Centre for Future Clean Mobility (UoE), led R&D initiatives in alternative fuels, and played a key role in attracting investment to develop clean powertrains. Passionate about mitigating climate change, James advocates for the widespread adoption of zero-emission technologies, particularly in the maritime sector.

TECHNICAL ENGINEER
Matthew Morley-Jacob
Matt holds a BSc in Geography and an MSc in Global Sustainability Solutions from the University of Exeter. After interning during his master’s, he joined the team full-time in 2022, leading several innovation projects funded by OFGEM, Innovate UK, and DEFRA. His work spans multiple initiatives, including projects like Quantum Drive, HyPro, and DEFRA AQ.

IMPACT INNOVATIONS MANAGER
Megan Doble
Megan supports the company’s innovation strategies, drawing on a foundation in scientific research and project management. She holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews, where her research focused on Artificial Metalloenzymes and oxidative lignin degradation. Megan is PRINCE2 qualified and has experience managing Innovate UK-funded projects at the University of Exeter, particularly in clean powertrain alternatives for the maritime sector.
